In Episode 320: The Mother-in-Law, Christina joins us to share a variety of strange experiences. During the first half of the episode, she tells us stories of her ex-family, specifically her mother-in-law who claimed she was a devout Christian, but her actions may have suggested otherwise. Christina reveals how her mother-in-law threatened to send entities her way, and other bizarre happenings such as exploding glass collectibles, orbs, and an entity sitting down on her bed with her. Later she recounts her UFO encounter, and we discuss the possibilities surrounding this broad topic of the ‘paranormal.’

In Episode 319: The Monster Outside My Window, we are joined by Derrick and Tayler. Derrick begins the show by describing his experience with a creature that approached his window one night while he was sleeping. After researching what he witnessed outside, Derrick concluded that he had seen a Rake. When he told his stepbrother about the encounter, his stepbrother revealed he had seen the same creature, but called it “the monkey man." After Derrick’s story, we talk with Tayler, who reached out to The Confessionals as a new listener. Through tuning in to the program, she started connecting dots between topics she never usually paid much mind. But then she started seeing things in her home, and she wasn't the only one - her husband saw them too. She describes the activity they both experienced, and how they made it stop.

In Episode 318: Family Abductions, we begin our interview talking with guest DJ about a house he lived in as a kid that was known by the neighbors as a cursed house. They would say that anyone who moved into that house would end up divorced - and sure enough, DJ’s parents wound up getting divorced after some apparent activity in the home. DJ also tells us about abduction dreams that his mother had, and which he too would eventually dream, leaving us wondering if they both weren’t really dreaming at all. Finally we also hear about a “wolfman” sighting that the boyfriend of DJ’s mother experienced while driving one night!t

In Episode 317: Satanic Panic and MK Ultra, we have the pleasure of speaking with Matt, a member of the Quinney family. The Quinney family went through hell when their father, Melvin Quinney, was wrongfully accused and convicted of being a satanic cult leader who abused children. Matt shares with us how the events unfolded, how he and his siblings found out the truth about their father, and what they are doing now to exonerate Melvin. During our conversation, Matt also discusses his mother's mental illness, which played a part in his father being locked away for many years. As he reveals more details about his mother, the topic of MK Ultra surfaces and will leave you wondering if the Quinneys' unfortunate situation stems from an even darker origin. Matt's conversation extends over a two parts, first as a public episode (Episode 317), and also as an Overtime episode.

In Episode 316: The Mirrored Men, Courtney shares some interesting paranormal experiences. During one such experience, she relates how she and her friend had to flee the house because someone was breaking in! As they were driving away, they saw three men walking along the road, all dressed in the same clothing. As they passed the men, Courtney and her friend both felt like there was something more to them. During our conversation, we also broach popular paranormal topics that people tend to question, and discuss how some of them are actually mentioned in the Bible as we think out loud and wonder about what is possible!

In Episode 315: Skinwalkers On The Reservation, we are joined by Jamaal, who was raised on a Native American reservation. Jamaal has always been interested in the paranormal, and when he was in high school, he and a friend decided to investigate the paranormal as a hobby. They've searched for everything, and Jamaal has had experiences with skinwalkers, aliens, UFOs, ghost babies, shadow figures, disembodied voices, and goatman - and that's just the beginning! Episode 315 is the first of three interviews I have recorded with Jamaal, and they will all be shared over time. In this first interview, Jamaal shares with us about the skinwalker and his run-ins with the legendary entity.

In Episode 314: I Saw the Bodies, we talk with Frank. He begins by telling us about a haunted home in Mexico in which he used to live. His aunt discovered a voodoo doll in a hole in the wall, and that discovery may be what contributed to the things that happened in the house. Frank also shares some possible extraterrestrial experiences, where witnesses saw some kind of explosion that left homes shaking and sent emergency vehicles into action. But his most dramatic story recounts how as an 18-year-old, Frank became a police officer, and he and his partner made a habit of shaking people down for money. One gruesome shakedown attempt left them reeling and fleeing the scene when they discovered a Mexican cartel tractor-trailer loaded with bodies.

In Episode 313: Hatman Spoke To Me, we are joined by Sandra and Richard for a two-part show. First, Sandra shares her amazing experience with a Hatman. We've heard a number of Hatman stories on The Confessionals, but Sandra's Hatman does something that we haven't yet come across: it speaks to her. Following Sandra's experience, Richard tells us a unique story that is different from our usual tone on the show. Richard had been working at a certain place for quite a while before he realized that he was working with his long lost brother! He shares a heartfelt conversation of how the discovery came about, as well as what happened to his brother later on that left Richard feeling like finding his brother involved divine intervention.

In Episode 312: I Watched Myself Die, we are joined by guest Belle. When Belle was around 11 years old, she tried to conduct her own séance in order to communicate with someone who had taken their own life. From those actions, she feels that she might have opened a door into her life that had has led to very some strange experiences. One of the most remarkable happened when she actually saw herself die, and someone - or something - saved her.

In Episode 311: The Mysterious Egress Industries, we are joined by Kyle and Steve from The Holosky Podcast. A couple of months ago I was contacted by a mutual listener, informing me about some of the crazy things that were happening on their show. Boy, they were not kidding! It all started when Steve was doing some research on Reddit for one of their upcoming shows, and stumbled across "dream flyers" that asked peculiar questions and advertised a phone number for "Egress Industries." Steve thought it could be an interesting idea for the show, and bought a burner phone to conduct their experiment. Steve and Kyle used it to contact the number on the flyer, and that’s when things began to progress out of hand! They were connected to a guy named Bob who was also experiencing bizarre happenings involving the Egress Industries’ phone number. When the three started talking, Egress immediately knew about it, and began texting their phones and the phones of some of their acquaintances - numbers they never should have had access to! Egress even started to text Kyle's co-worker, and may have possibly made an in-person visit to Kyle's wife. As the story unfolds, it became clear that just by the simple fact that Kyle and Steve were speaking with me about them, I may now be on the radar of the mysterious Egress Industries!

In Episode 310: Hypnagogic Hallucinations, Maurice talks with us about his various paranormal experiences. At first glance they seem to be random events, but the deeper you look, the more connected they might be! In the beginning, Maurice felt something physically pulling at his feet while he slept. Later. he began to experience every from sleep paralysis and hypnagogic hallucinations to the Hatman taunting him, accidental astral projection, and even something jerking his torso out of his bed, seemingly trying to take him!

In Episode 309: The Predator, we talk JR, a former member of a "1%" motorcycle club. After doing something to get himself kicked out of the club, JR started his own burglary gang. Between the club and the gang, he was in deep trouble with the law and found himself on the run, hiding out on a very remote property in southeast Indiana. Although he was given permission to stay on the property, JR was also warned that something was roaming the land... Not paying much mind to that warning, he spent nine months at the location, spending his time looking for old artifacts he could sell for cash. As time went on, JR not only found artifacts, but discovered huge finger bones and oddly placed mounds. And that's where he wishes his discoveries had ended: while out searching, JR also came across a translucent creature he can only describe as "The Predator." During his final encounter with it, he was left so terrified that he decided to head back home, where he was facing prison time, than stay one more day in the forest with The Predator!

In Episode 308: The Book Of Spells, we are joined by Jason who shares some fascinating experiences. While in seminary, Jason thought it would be a ”good idea” to study a book of spells in order to further his understanding of spiritual battles. But after his study of the book, Jason received a visit that left him questioning why he ever opened it in the first place. He also shares with us the story of attending a church and, following some strange interactions its members, realizing it was really some kind of cultish congregation!

Did Pat Garrett kill Billy the Kid?
It was a moonlit night in Ft. Sumner, NM when history tells us that Sheriff Pat Garrett shot down the notorious outlaw Billy “the Kid”. Newspapers across the country quickly reported that the Kid was dead and Garrett quickly put the body in the ground. But rumors spread that the Kid had survived and the testimony of Garrett’s posse was contradictory about how, exactly, the shooting had gone down. Nevertheless, without evidence, the story of the heroic Sheriff stood for almost 70 years. Then, in 1950, an old man from Hico, TX petitioned the governor of New Mexico for a pardon for crimes he committed as Billy the Kid. No one took him seriously, and yet the old man was an exact match in physical characteristics and knew intimate details about the Kid’s life. He also knew details about the fateful shooting the night Garrett claimed to have shot him that had been erased by history. Details, for example, that Garrett had killed his very drunk bearded half-Mexican partner, a claim that has only recently been verified by modern research.

In Episode 306: 27 Years of Fear, we talk with Scott about the home he lives in, a home that has been plaguing him and his family for 27 years. Scott bought the home as a young man planning to build a beautiful life with his family. But as time went on, they realized the house was not what it seemed. Scott recalls several experiences, including a night when he woke up to see a hand crawling up his window!

In Episode 305: Elizabeth Followed Me Home, we talk with Preston, who is the host of a podcast called 'Mettle Mentality,' a self-building show that focuses on consistency, fortitude, and grit. Preston joins us to share his paranormal experiences, including a scary encounter when an entity named "Elizabeth" followed him home from work! Preston's description of "Elizabeth" reveals that she looked just like the creepy character Samara from the horror movie 'The Ring'!

In Episode 304: The Snake People, we talk to Amy who has a special ability to sense things that other people cannot. She has learned that she is aware when alien entities are around her, and has sought advice from a shaman who confirmed her assumptions. One of the significant entities her ability has allowed her to experience are the Reptilians, whom she refers to as “the snake people,” on three separate occasions!

In Episode 303: The Bigfoot Lights, we talk to Dustin, a Native American with some amazing experiences. It all began when he and his ex-girlfriend were driving back home from college to introduce their new baby girl to their families. On their drive that night, they saw a strange streaking light that was soon accompanied by more lights. These lights actually seemed to be aware of them, and triangulated on them as they drove. More and more lights came from the sky, dropped down, and followed them! Later Dustin consulted with a medicine man, who told him the lights were bigfoot and are known as the star people!

In Episode 302: They Pulled Me Through The Window, we talk with Jose about the haunting experiences he and his family went through when he was a child. At night, ghost children would come and play in the room he shared with his brother, sometimes creating so much noise that Jose and his brother would be blamed and get in trouble for the loud sounds! As time passed, the ghosts started climbing the walls and becoming more aggressive in nature, until they eventually tried to physically pull Jose through his bedroom window!

In Episode 301: When Orb Witnesses Die, Michael joins The Confessionals to discuss some pretty bizarre experiences. It seems UFOs have been a significant part of his life, having seen them both as a child and as an adult. But the oddest one of them all came when he, his wife, and their friends witnessed a large orb that left them stunned. Following the sighting, three of the people who witnessed the orb ended up dying untimely deaths! Since then, Michael and his wife have been wondering if they may be next.
