Membership Information and Guidelines

1. APP AND WEBSITE SYSTEMS:

  • The app and website are two separate systems that need to be linked.

2. LOGIN INFORMATION:

  • Check your email for important app password information for first-time login.

  • Do not change your app password until after logging in with the instructions in your welcome email.

  • Changing your website password does not change your app password and vice versa.

3. PASSWORD MANAGEMENT:

  • If you need a different password for each platform. Make a note of them to avoid forgetting. (We do not hold your password information.)

  • Update passwords separately using the "Forgot Password" link on each platform's login screen.

4. MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT:

  • To manage your membership (update credit card info, cancel membership), log into the member website.

  • This information cannot be updated on the app.

  • Membership charges are automatically recurring.

  • Available on each episode page on the website and app (for episodes with videos).

7. YOUTUBE MEMBERSHIPS:

  • YouTube memberships are separate and not connected to the website or app memberships.

  • Website and app memberships do not grant access to YouTube memberships and vice versa.

  • To be a YouTube member, you must join through YouTube.
