Written Confession: Possession and Paranormal Stories Father W.

The following written confession was submitted via email: I lived in Colorado for a time and was a member of the Liberal Catholic Church, which separated from the Catholic Church in the early part of the 20th century because they disagreed with the doctrine that the pope was infallible.  They believed that part of more advanced spiritual development were paranormal gifts and miracles.  The priest was a history professor at the local university.  He told me the story of a young man in Africa who had won a scholarship to the university, beating out the son of the local witch doctor…
