READ: Expert Confirms Authenticity of Las Vegas Alien Sighting Video from 2023
A viral video from 2023 that appears to capture an alien encounter outside a Las Vegas home has been verified as genuine by experts.

“Once you see it, you can’t deny it,” stated evidence examiner Scott Roder to News Nation. “There’s no editing. That is an original video. We tried to debunk it to see if there was something that was added to the video. All of our results came back as it was authentic,” he affirmed.
The video in question was recorded between April 30 and May 1 by a teenager named Angel Kenmore, initially misreported as Angel Gomez in some media outlets. Kenmore made a distress call to 911 at around 11:50 p.m., which interestingly coincided with a Las Vegas police officer's sighting of an unidentified object in the sky. The American Meteor Society confirmed that the flash from the UFO was observed as far away as California and Utah.
The Kenmore family, investigating the strange occurrence, captured video footage showing unexplained motion above a fencepost. The eerie movement scared the family, prompting them to retreat. Although the being wasn't fully visible on camera, Kenmore later described it on YouTube as “a tall, skinny, lengthy creature” with a “grey greenish color.”
Upon detailed examination of the footage, taken approximately 80 miles from the infamous Area 51, Roder concluded that the video was neither a hoax nor an illusion. “We believe it’s attached to a body. And the motion of that head from right to left is consistent with the motion that we see between the slats of the fence,” he explained. The incident's intrigue was further heightened by the chilling transcript of Kenmore’s call to the police, wherein he described seeing two extraterrestrial beings.
“In my backyard. I swear to God this is not a joke, this is actually — we’re terrified,” the young man reported. “They’re very large. They’re like 8 feet, 9 feet, 10 feet. They look like aliens to us. Big eyes. They have big eyes. Like, I can’t explain it. And big mouth. They’re shiny eyes and they’re not human. They’re 100% not human,” he insisted. The responding officers were visibly unsettled by the encounter.
“I’m so nervous right now,” one officer was recorded saying. “I have butterflies, bro — saw a shooting star and now these people say there’s aliens in their backyard.”
Following the event, police installed cameras at the Kenmore residence to investigate further. They found no evidence suggesting that the incident was fabricated or staged.
The Kenmore family also recently shared in an interview that they have been experiencing unexplained paranormal activity in their home ever since their initial encounter last year.
